Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Change Management Business Analyst for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Management Business Analyst with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in office. 

As a Change Management Business Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Providing guidance to change management workstream teams and helping internal partners make informed decisions about change management programs, processes and technology 

  • Analyzing business problems and solutions and providing recommendations and mitigations to contain risks

  • Consulting on process improvements and ensuring compliance with standards, work practices, and policies. 

Qualifications required for the Change Management Business Analyst include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or communications

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst 

  • 3-5 years' experience in change management adoption and training
