Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Change Management Business Analyst for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Management Business Analyst with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in office.
As a Change Management Business Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:

Providing guidance to change management workstream teams and helping internal partners make informed decisions about change management programs, processes and technology

Analyzing business problems and solutions and providing recommendations and mitigations to contain risks

Consulting on process improvements and ensuring compliance with standards, work practices, and policies.
Qualifications required for the Change Management Business Analyst include:

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or communications

3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst

3-5 years' experience in change management adoption and training
