VP Engineering

This Technology based company located in Toronto, is looking for a Vice President of Engineering. The successful candidate will lead the engineering team, responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining their products using roll form while setting the technical vision, leading development efforts and driving innovation.

Responsibilities of the VP, Engineering:

• Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team
• Oversee the end-to-end development process using roll form
• Build and lead a highly skilled engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• Proven experience in a leadership role 
• Strong technical background 
• Track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams with roll form
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; designation is a must
