Salary Mid-Point: $80,000

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of vendor setup and accounts payable, as well as working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
We are seeking a self-starter with experience in a high-volume environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The Key Responsibilities include the following;
- Manage vendor onboarding, validations, and updates in Microsoft Dynamics
- Oversee the vendor management inbox and track requests in MS Excel
- Monitor and expedite approvals in the Accounts Payable workflow
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and issue resolution
- Coordinate with business units and vendors to meet payment deadlines
- Prepare weekly reports and support process improvements
- Assist with ad hoc finance projects
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable/Vendor Management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Excel (lookups, pivots)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
