Our client, a leading investment firm, is looking to hire a Vendor Management Specialist for a 12-month contract with the potential to convert.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of vendor setup and accounts payable, as well as working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

We are seeking a self-starter with experience in a high-volume environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The Key Responsibilities include the following; 
  • Manage vendor onboarding, validations, and updates in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Oversee the vendor management inbox and track requests in MS Excel
  • Monitor and expedite approvals in the Accounts Payable workflow
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with business units and vendors to meet payment deadlines
  • Prepare weekly reports and support process improvements
  • Assist with ad hoc finance projects
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable/Vendor Management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Excel (lookups, pivots)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
