Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Training Advisor in their team for an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension. This role is hybrid/remote within the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Develop and organize training materials that include procedures, work instructions, business process overviews, and other visual aids
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
  • Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop training content.
  • Assists with training assessment activities through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years related training facilitation and training development experience
  • Previous experience in financial/banking industry
  • Media production, communication knowledge is a must
  • Intermediate skills in Articulate Storyline/Articulate 360
  • Strong knowledge in curriculum design, instructional methods, and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Advanced skills in MS Suite
  • Bilingual in French is considered an asset
  • Knowledge using SF tool is a nice to have
