Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Develop and organize training materials that include procedures, work instructions, business process overviews, and other visual aids
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
- Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop training content.
- Assists with training assessment activities through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
- 5+ years related training facilitation and training development experience
- Previous experience in financial/banking industry
- Media production, communication knowledge is a must
- Intermediate skills in Articulate Storyline/Articulate 360
- Strong knowledge in curriculum design, instructional methods, and evaluating training effectiveness
- Advanced skills in MS Suite
- Bilingual in French is considered an asset
- Knowledge using SF tool is a nice to have
