We are seeking a Technical Analyst - Portfolio & Intake to support project intake, portfolio management, prioritization, governance, reporting, and analytics within a large enterprise environment.
The role will work with business stakeholders, project teams, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure initiatives are properly assessed, prioritized, tracked, and reported.

Duration: 6 months
Work Model: Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in office

Key Responsibilities;
  • Manage the end-to-end project intake process and ensure requests are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate intake assessments, stakeholder reviews, and prioritization activities.
  • Maintain intake pipelines and track initiative status, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Prepare governance materials, executive presentations, meeting agendas, decision logs, and action items.
  • Support governance and prioritization meetings.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Analyze demand, capacity, portfolio performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support resource planning, capacity forecasting, and portfolio planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve intake, governance, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
  • Maintain portfolio repositories, reporting tools, and documentation.
Required Qualifications;
  • 4-7 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, project coordination, intake/demand management, business analysis, or project management.
  • Experience supporting governance forums, portfolio reviews, prioritization, or executive decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerApps, Clarity, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • At least 1 year of experience within a large financial services or banking organization.
Preferred Qualifications;
  • Financial services or banking experience.
  • PMO, portfolio management, strategic planning, or transformation experience.
  • Knowledge of intake, prioritization, governance, and demand management.
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is an asset.
