We are seeking a Tax Associate to support a regulatory remediation initiative focused on client outreach and data management. This is a 6-month contract (with potential extension and conversion), starting ASAP, operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite). The role involves managing regulatory outreach campaigns, collecting and validating client data, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
o             Execute regulatory client outreach campaigns to collect tax forms and required documentation
o             Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps and discrepancies
o             Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
o             Analyze client data and ensure completeness within internal systems
o             Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Front Office
o             Support regulatory remediation activities and process improvements
o             Manage multiple tasks and meet defined SLAs in a high-volume environment
o             Assist in creating training materials and support knowledge transfer within the team

Must-Have Requirements
o             5-7 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Tax Operations, Client Onboarding, or Capital Markets Operations
o             Strong understanding of financial regulatory environments (global regulations and compliance frameworks)
o             Experience working within Capital Markets and institutional client environments
o             Strong research, data analysis, and documentation skills
o             Experience managing client data, outreach, and regulatory documentation
o             Proficiency with MS Office and comfort working with multiple systems/tools
o             Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have
o             Experience with regulatory data platforms (e.g., S&P Global / IHS Markit)
o             Data management and process improvement experience
o             Exposure to broader financial services domains (Retail, Commercial, Wealth)
