Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract located in Toronto.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a financial services background 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist  your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Leading the talent acquisition planning, strategic sourcing and interviewing activities to identify and validate quality candidates for an individual or group of portfolios 

  • Advising business partners regarding Talent Acquisition processes, activities and outcomes, labour market trends, and competitor information

  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with candidates, leaders, and internal partners

Qualifications required for the Talent Acquisition Specialist  include:  

  • 1-2 years talent coordination experience or one year of exposure to recruitment cycle

  • Previous financial industry experience an asset
