Our client, a large energy provider, is looking to hire a Settlement Analyst to their team for an initial 12 months contract. This role is hybrid in nature with office located in Calgary Alberta

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage counterparty settlements and invoice payments.
  • Document and optimize financial processes.
  • Conduct AR/AP analysis and reconciliations.
  • Prepare quarterly customer reports.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and contribute to projects.
  • Provide internal teams with summarized reports.

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree/designation preferred.
  • Oil & Gas Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP Financial module.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in oil and gas marketing would be considered an asset.
