Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager to their team for an initial 8 month contract. This role is completely remote.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborates in root-cause analysis to determine underlying causes and participates in problem resolution.
  • Provides analytical support and insights to identified / assigned user areas to support relative product, channel, and business development initiatives.
  • Take part in problem-solving for complex difficulties at all levels and ensuring that root-cause analysis are performed to discover underlying issues.
  • Facilitates recovery teams and handles escalations related to disruptions or major nuisances.
  • Must have Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Must have understanding of techniques associated with data modeling, process modeling, and user-centered design within the context of the organizational standards.
  •  Experience with software development processes, ideas, and technologies.
  • Nice to have Former banking / FI experience.
