Key Responsibilities
o Lead end-to-end delivery of finance technology projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
o Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and governance documentation.
o Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and consulting partners.
o Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests while driving mitigation strategies.
o Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making sessions with stakeholders.
o Ensure compliance with project governance standards, methodologies, and SDLC practices.
Must-Have Requirements
o 8-10+ years of Project Management experience within technology delivery environments.
o Strong experience managing PeopleSoft Financials and/or SAP projects.
o Experience delivering Finance or Financial Systems initiatives.
o Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
o Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
o Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
o Solid understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
o Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO, MDG, and Group Reporting.
o Knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
o Banking or financial services industry experience.
o Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
