Role Summary

Lead the onboarding, migration, and implementation of a new social media platform for CIBC Wealth Management advisors. Support change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and compliance monitoring.

Key Details
  • Start Date: ASAP, preferably by October 5
  • Contract End Date: June 25, 2027
  • Contract Duration: Approximately 20 months
  • Work Location: Hybrid (Wednesdays in office) - 81 Bay Street, 12th Floor
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Overtime: Not applicable
  • Interview Rounds: Two rounds via MS Teams (from July 30 onwards)
  • Team Size: 4 full-time employees
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the social media enablement platform implementation project
  • Drive change management including communications, training, and adoption
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and budget
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Marketing, and Social Media teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards around social media
Must Have
  • 5-7 years of program/project management experience
  • Experience with platform migrations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in change management
Nice to Have
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in financial industry/regulation
  • Experience with social media management tools
