Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new social media enablement platform. This role will drive platform onboarding, migration, stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption while ensuring successful program delivery in a regulated environment.
Contract: 10 months
Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week (Wednesday)
Location: Toronto, ON

The Main Responsibilities include the following; 
  • Lead the implementation and migration of a new social media platform.
  • Manage program planning, governance, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide executive status reporting.
  • Partner with business, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery.
Must Have Skills include the following;
  • 5-7 years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale platform implementation or migration projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and program governance skills.
Nice to Have include the following;
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with social media management platforms.
