Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities include the following;
- Define and drive product strategy for Open Banking capabilities within Business Banking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory and digital initiatives
- Lead end-to-end product planning, execution, and incremental delivery in an Agile environment
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product roadmaps and outcomes
- Engage stakeholders across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Support digital transformation and ongoing business banking initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and innovation
- Ensure delivery of business outcomes through structured planning and execution
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Strategic Delivery
- Strong experience in Business Banking or financial services environment
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Strong understanding of business functions and digital implementation
- Experience in business planning, product strategy, and change management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-Have skills include the following;
- Exposure to Open Banking initiatives
- Experience with Jira
- Small business banking experience
- Experience working in top-tier financial institutions
