Our client is a very well established and known Multi-National and they are looking to hire a Senior Manager, Payroll [Union & Non-Union] on a full-time basis. 

***This is a hybrid role in office 3 days per week, after the initial onboarding and training.  Initial onboarding and training are in office 5 days per week

As the Senior Manager, Payroll [Union & Non-Union] you are responsible to manage, direct and control the delivery of the Company's in-house payroll in a timely and accurate manner as well as identify, propose, and implement initiatives to make the payroll function more effective and efficient.  You will supervise an overall team of approximately 15 staff, with 3-5 direct reports.  Your role is a mix of reviewer and doer work and has you work on payroll processing as well as business advisory.  The payroll is all processed IN HOUSE.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
  • PCP [or similar payroll designation] with experience processing payroll in house for multi-jurisdiction, salary and hourly, union and non-union staff
  • ability to function as both a manager and mentor, as well so deliver on objectives
  • systems savvy with strong communication skills
