Senior Manager Corporate Actions

Our client is a global financial powerhouse and they are looking to add to their team, a Senior Manager - Corporate Actions on an initial term of 8 months. There is a strong chance for this to extend longer and/or convert to a full-time role.
As the Senior Manager - Corporate Actions you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Corporate Actions.
This includes, but is not limited to;

• Processing corporate actions, resolving issues, and providing superior customer services
• Manage staff day to day in an inclusive work environment and strive for continuous improvements
• Other ad hoc duties

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 

• 8+ years Corporate Actions experience including managing a team
• Systems savvy [ADP, Broadridge, Excel, etc.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to get into the office 2-3 days per week
