Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a strong focus on SAP ERP software to join our team on an interim basis. This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, month-end reporting, and financial analysis with a primary emphasis on leveraging SAP ERP for all accounting functions. It is a contract role of 12 months with possibility to extend further.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage and execute all aspects of full-cycle accounting within SAP ERP, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
• Month-End Reporting: Lead the month-end close process  ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Reconciliations: Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Financial Analysis: Utilize SAP ERP to generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• System Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal controls and compliance standards.

• CPA/CA: A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting
• Software - Must have SAP ERP Software experience
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data 
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial reporting and analysis
