Our client, located in Oakville, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A on a full time base.  This is a newly created role that will report to the CFO.  The CFO is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical person to manage the overseas business units. 

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance team and provide analytics and insights related to the financial and operational performance of the company.

As Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A, you are responsible for the following:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Financial Modeling
  • Cost Control & Analysis
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Some help with M&A activities

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional Accounting designation (Canadian CPA) and/or a MBA would be an asset 
  • Minimum  5 years of related experience ideally coming from a Global Manufacturer 
  • Strong with MS Excel and other budgeting tools experience
