IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting. This role partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide actionable insights that drive profitability, business performance, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include developing forecasts and financial models, analyzing key business drivers and KPIs, evaluating growth and investment opportunities, supporting capital expenditure decisions, and preparing executive-level reporting and presentations. The Senior Financial Analyst will also identify trends, risks, and opportunities, improve reporting processes, and serve as a strategic finance partner across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, along with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations for senior leadership. Experience supporting multi-location and/or private equity-backed organizations is highly preferred.
