Our client, a large financial institution, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a Finance reporting transformation initiative focused on asset under management reporting. This role is hybrid and is in office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities include the following;
- Document current and future state processes across Lines of Business (LoBs)
- Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops
- Assess impacts to reporting processes, systems, and data structures
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve gaps and clarify requirements
- Support data quality assessments, data lineage documentation, and identification of automation opportunities
- Create key project artifacts including BRDs, process documentation, test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT defect logs
- Participate in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Current and Future State Process Documentation
- Data Lineage and Data Quality Assessments
- Test Strategy, Test Plans, and UAT Documentation
- Documentation of automation and system architecture options
- 5+ years as a BA within Finance / Financial Services
- Strong systems implementation and data analysis experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
