Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
o Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
o Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessions
o Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
o Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
o Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solution alignment
o Support QA and UAT processes to validate system functionality
o Prepare documentation including process flows, requirements, and analysis reports
o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Must-Have Requirements
o 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience
o Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
o Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing expectations
o Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
o Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
o Experience supporting QA and UAT activities
o Understanding of IT project lifecycle
o Experience within banking or insurance industry
o Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
o Experience with procurement system implementations
o MBA or relevant advanced degree
