Our client, a leading financial institution, is in search of a seasoned Senior Agile Delivery Consultant to drive the agile transformation of Cards. The role is a 12 months of contract with hybrid model in Toronto. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in structuring the agile delivery model, qualifying projects for agile vs. waterfall, and working with executives to establish top-down reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Structure agile delivery model and provide expertise on project qualification for agile vs. waterfall.
  • Work with executives to redefine funding models and resourcing structures.
  • Develop a top-down approach for executive and team-level reporting.
  • Roll out training for team members new to agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with project-based teams on multimillion-budget projects.
  • Utilize agile consulting expertise to organize, prioritize, and recommend changes.
  • Work closely with executives, Directors of Application Development & Transformation, and Directors of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
  • Report to VP level and executives on the business side.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Agile Consultant.
  • Background in portfolio or technology line of business.
  • Certification in agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with multi million-budget projects.
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry, preferably in cards.
  • Ability to work in-office on Wednesdays and every 3rd Friday of the month.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • Consulting experience in addition to agile coaching.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian banking industry.
