Responsibilities Include:
- Receive and fulfill requests from business units to generate AFEs in SAP.
- Input details of new AFEs into SAP/Portal, ensuring proper circulation for approval.
- Aid in the maintenance of AFEs, including handling supplement requests as needed.
- Close/Re-open AFEs according to established procedures upon request.
- Address inquiries from business units and financial analysts regarding AFEs.
- Assist with month-end settlements and handle related inquiries.
- Manage the daily report for Person Responsible Sync with HR Error Log.
- Run the weekly report for all created Non-OP AFEs for the Joint Venture team.
- Follow up on inquiries related to AFEs sent to partners.
- Provide ad-hoc duties and offer backup support for colleagues during vacation or absences.
- Contribute to AFE reporting activities.
- Must have 3+ years of accounting experience
- Business admin diploma would be an asset
- SAP experience highly desire
- Oil and Gas accounting experience would be an asset
- Working towards an accounting designation would be a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
