Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Recruiting Assistant for a 6-month remote work contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant with a financial services background 

As a Recruiting Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Providing the Talent Acquisition Team with administrative support by overseeing Recruitment Coordination tasks such interview scheduling, raising/judging background checks, facilitating onboarding, and orientation 

  • Participating in organizing New Hire Orientation, and reporting and tracking as necessary 

  • Supporting special initiatives connected to recruitment operations as assigned 


Qualifications required for the Recruiting Assistant include:  

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 

  • 1-2 years previous administrative experience 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
