Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Property Administration Manager to fill a 12-month contract located in Edmonton. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in office.
As a Property Administration Manager IV your duties will include but not be limited to:

Facilitating landlord lease obligations and responding to tenant requests and complaints in accordance with company standards and procedures

Assisting the Property Manager with monthly financial analysis and quarterly reporting and preparing annual operating budgets and reports

Conducting property inspections and ensuring maintenance standards are met or exceeded
Qualifications required for Property Administration Manager IV include:

3-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate management
-
Experience in MS Office and budgeting software
-
Real Property Administration (RPA) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification an asset
