Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding activities, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, storage, and maintenance throughout the client's lifecycle.
- Develop and execute project plans for the regulatory remediation project, identifying tasks, assigning resources, and coordinating deliverables.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed analysis of project results, summarizing findings and providing regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by collecting necessary data and documentation from clients and maintaining this information in appropriate systems.
Must have:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience as a Project Manager in a Canadian Financial Institution within Capital Markets.
- Proven ability to work with key stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of regulatory regimes such as Dodd Frank (CFTC & SEC) and CSA.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
