The selected candidate will support the development and execution of employee giving and engagement program strategy. This a great opportunity for the right candidate to engage in a highly visible role, and meaningful work at a top 5 Canadian bank.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the execution of program operations, bank-wide marketing, and communication strategies, including change management communications.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and governance models to support the delivery and execution of internal and external marketing and communication plans.
- Oversee project activities to ensure deadlines are met and program solutions are delivered as scheduled.
- Manage vendors and serve as the subject matter expert for the giving platform, ensuring successful bank-wide operation, reporting, user adoption, and change management.
- Conduct data analysis to assess program outcomes, trends, and areas of opportunities to inform decision-making for program optimization.
- Assist in implementing new strategies and initiatives for employee giving.
- Undertake broader accountabilities as required to support the organization's philanthropic objectives.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
- Expertise in corporate philanthropy, marketing, or HR.
- Proven track record in large enterprise initiatives with $100,000+ budgets.
- Advanced program management skills.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Bilingual in French/English preferred.
- Banking experience is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Benevity platform and CyberGrants is advantageous.
- PMP certification is desirable.
