Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Manager to their team for an initial 6 month contract. This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years experience in project management
- Open banking (experience working on an open banking implementation highly valuable)
- OpenAPI experience
- Expert knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc
- Reading architecture design documents
- Records retention and archiving experience
- Regulatory experience
- Change management experience
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
