This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
The role sits within the Enterprise Project Office - Program Delivery Team, supporting enterprise-wide regulatory initiatives across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
o Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for regulatory initiatives.
o Define scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets; ensure alignment with enterprise delivery standards.
o Monitor milestones, track progress, and resolve issues to maintain timelines.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- Directors, BAs, PMs, and stakeholders.
o Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports for leadership.
o Build strong relationships and support decision-making across partner groups.
Must-Have Requirements
o 5-10 years of project management experience within major Canadian banks.
o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
o Experience managing regulatory or enterprise-level initiatives.
o Familiarity with Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF).
o Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and drive accountability.
Nice-to-Have
o PMP certification.
o Consulting background.
o Experience with Clarity or Planview.
o Experience supporting project financials.
