Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (Non-IT) team for an initial 8-month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 3 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
Project: Implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool for Procurement
  • Coordinate projects, create detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical and business activities.
  • Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and management.
  • Analyze resource needs, technology, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support system implementation.
  • Ensure project specifications and procedures are met, resolving issues between business and IT teams.
  • Oversee the setup, functionality, and configuration of the selected CLM tool to ensure successful implementation and launch.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system implementation, preferably across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of the functionality, capabilities, and setup of CLM tools.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail, supporting the alignment between business and IT requirements.
  • Familiarity with one or more CLM tools such as Ivalua, Sirion, Icertis, DocuSign, or Iron Clad..
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience managing supply chain-related projects.
  • Prior experience with legal and risk teams to set up CLM projects.
  • Business Analysis (BA) skills and understanding of IT systems are a plus.
