Job Type: Contract
Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for an initial 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension. This role is 2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
  • Track and reconcile project financials monthly; investigate variances and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support PMs and Scrum Masters across Agile and Waterfall projects with scheduling and coordination.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items promptly; manage project artifacts.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; ensure timely updates and resolutions.
  • Prepare monthly financial review materials and support variance analysis with Finance teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and coordinate recurring project meetings..

Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of previous PCO experience
  • Strong experience with managing project financials
  • General understanding of accounting practices
  • Experience with SharePoint and Excel

Nice to have:
  • Previous CIBC experience
  • Any PM certifications
