Pay Rate: $47
Location: Toronto ON
Job Type: Contract
- Track and reconcile project financials monthly; investigate variances and escalate issues as needed.
- Support PMs and Scrum Masters across Agile and Waterfall projects with scheduling and coordination.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items promptly; manage project artifacts.
- Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Prepare monthly financial review materials and support variance analysis with Finance teams.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and coordinate recurring project meetings..
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of previous PCO experience
- Strong experience with managing project financials
- General understanding of accounting practices
- Experience with SharePoint and Excel
Nice to have:
- Previous CIBC experience
- Any PM certifications
