Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and timely minutes, ensuring clear documentation of action items.
- Support Delivery Manager in maintaining project momentum amid conflicting priorities and multitask on multiple projects.
- Document and cost project activities using Microsoft Project, communicating progress and escalating issues as needed.
- Manage project files, including RAID logs, approvals, spreadsheets, and correspondence for effective documentation.
- Maintain project budget integrity, audit deliverables, review time tracking reports, and ensure proper invoice approvals.
- Perform financial activities, including forecasting, payment processing, and creating Project Change Requests (PCRs).
- Update financial information for Executive Steering Committee documents and administer SharePoint for Collection Solutions.
- Interact with countries/regions, building strong partnerships to support their financial management within approved budgets.
- 3+ years of Financial Management Experience specifically budgeting experience
- 3+ years of Relevant Experience in a Project Control position
- Experience working with Project Manager or Delivery Manager
- Strong familiarity with Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and MS Project required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2+ years of financial institution experience.
- PMP designation is an asset.
