As the Part Time Payroll & Benefits Administrator, your focus will be on day-to-day Payroll Processing for a primarily Ontario based company with employee size up to 1000. You will be working with both hourly and salary employees using ADP WFN and Kronos. In addition, you will help with Benefits Administration for both onboarding of new employees or changes in Benefits to existing employees.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications;
- Strong experience with complex payroll, benefits, and payroll accounting
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, collective agreements, policies, and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, particularly ADP WFN and MS Excel
