Our client, a financial institution, is looking to hire an Operations Assistant for a 6 month contract. This position will require for you to visit two sites once a day with flexibility to work anywhere throughout the day.
 
The main responsibilities for the role include the following; :
  • Facilitate seamless employee transitions, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
  • Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticket logging and resolution
  • Maintain control over building access, including badge management and team distribution lists
  • Oversee the procurement and allocation of internal teams' equipment and assets
  • Manage office floor operations across various locations
  • Ensure adherence to facility maintenance standards, cleanliness, and consistent availability of office and kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate closely with facilities management to uphold compliance, including organizing and overseeing fire drill 
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • 4+ years of customer service background
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow would be an asset
