The main responsibilities for the role include the following; :
- Facilitate seamless employee transitions, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticket logging and resolution
- Maintain control over building access, including badge management and team distribution lists
- Oversee the procurement and allocation of internal teams' equipment and assets
- Manage office floor operations across various locations
- Ensure adherence to facility maintenance standards, cleanliness, and consistent availability of office and kitchen supplies
- Collaborate closely with facilities management to uphold compliance, including organizing and overseeing fire drill
- 2+ years of operations experience
- 4+ years of customer service background
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills
- Experience with ServiceNow would be an asset
