Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an Operation Specialist for a 10-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an Operation Specialist with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement.

As an Operation Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and collaborating to ensure risks are identified, mitigated, monitored and reported on an ongoing basis

  • Developing business processes and facilitating adherence with relevant standards, methodologies, corporate policy and regulations

  • Analyzing data and information to provide recommendations and insights on strategic problems 

Qualifications required for the Operation Specialist include:  

  • 4-6 years’ relevant experience

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or a combination of education and experience
