Our client, a leading Financial Institution, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple business lines. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, delivering data-driven insights, and optimizing performance across digital channels. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, while leveraging analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities include the following; 

  • Execute and manage Paid Media campaigns including strategy, setup, targeting, ad trafficking, testing, and reporting
  • Optimize campaign performance using data insights, KPIs, and digital media best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
     

The Must-Have Skills include the following; 

  • 2+ years of Paid Media experience with strong expertise in Paid Search campaigns (strategy, execution, optimization, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and ability to provide data-driven insights
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Search Ads 360
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Nice-to-Have Skills include the following; 

  • Experience in financial services or wealth management industry
  • Experience managing end-to-end, cross-channel digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with emerging platforms like TikTok or Pinterest
  • Experience with automated reporting tools and advanced analytics
  • Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation
