Our client is a multi-national Publicly Traded company and they are in the market for a SOx Manager to help them for an initial term of 6 months.  There is a strong possibility of this role extending and/or converting to a full-time role.

***this is a hybrid role

As the SOx Manager, you are responsible for reviewing the work of others testing the effectiveness of operating and design.  You will work with business units on any remediation plans and make sure they get done.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifciations;
  • CPA [or equivalent] with 5+ years SOx experience within an North American environment 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Technology savvy
