Salary Mid-Point: $115,000

Our client is experiencing growth and as a result, is looking to hire a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis on a full time base.  

This is a new role for the organization and although it's a Manager in title, you will not have staff reporting to you.  The expectation is over time as you learn and grow into the role, you will get to hire staff.  In this role, you will be expected to translate complex operational data into meaningful financial insights which will help the senior leaders make decisions.  It is also expected for you to contribute strategically to sustaining growth and support process and systems.

The responsibilities of the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis include but are not limited to the following;
  • Developing budget and tracking actuals; report on profitability
  • Completing adhoc analysis on pricing and break-even
  • Lead annual corporate budgeting process
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
  • CPA with 5+ years relevant financial planning and analysis experience
  • Since this role does not manager staff at this current time, our client is okay with someone currently at a SFA level
