Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management to fill a 24-month contract located in Toronto.
As a Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management your duties will include but not be limited to:

Developing and executing customer journey and lifecycle strategies to help drive business objectives for key customer segments

Ensuring business strategies are aligned with business goals and are compliant with legal and regulatory disclosure requirements

Analyzing customer strategy effectiveness and leveraging analytics to manage and optimize campaigns
Qualifications required for Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management include:

University degree and 5+ years experience in a similar role

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience in executing customer strategies and value propositions an asset
