Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management to fill a 24-month contract located in Toronto.  

As a Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Developing and executing customer journey and lifecycle strategies to help drive business objectives for key customer segments

  • Ensuring business strategies are aligned with business goals and are compliant with legal and regulatory disclosure requirements

  • Analyzing customer strategy effectiveness and leveraging analytics to manage and optimize campaigns

Qualifications required for Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management include:  

  • University degree and 5+ years experience in a similar role

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience in executing customer strategies and value propositions an asset
