As the Accounting Manager, your main duties are responsibilities are:
The Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include the following.
- Building strong relationships and delivering on client needs
- Review work of staff [both on-shore and off-shore]
- Assisting clients with evaluating requirements of accounting standards and analyzing frameworks
- Managing staff on various files [compilations, tax returns, etc.]
- CPA designation with at least five years experience in a public accounting firm
- Advanced understanding of accounting policies and audit techniques re: ASPE compliance
- Advanced skills in Caseware/Caseview, Excel, Word and Taxprep
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in preparing personal tax returns
