Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is looking for an experienced Learning Consultant to support procurement enablement and learning initiatives. The role will focus on developing and maintaining training content, job aids, process documentation, instructional videos, and learning resources for procurement platforms and processes.
Contract: 3 months
Extension: Not anticipated at this time
FTE Conversion: Not anticipated
Location: Toronto - Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Interview Process: 2 rounds - virtual/in-person

Key Responsibilities
o             Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
o             Create and maintain instructional videos and learning resources to support system and process adoption.
o             Develop and maintain Workday Learning courses and content.
o             Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective learning materials.
o             Support learning initiatives related to procurement platforms such as ZIP, Coupa, and Archer.
o             Review and update existing documentation based on system and process changes.
o             Support change management and user adoption activities.
o             Manage and track content updates using Excel and other tracking tools.
o             Perform document update tracking, analysis, and reconciliation.
o             Work with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.

Must-Have Skills
o             3-5 years of experience developing training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
o             Strong content development skills.
o             Strong MS Office 365 skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
o             Experience creating learning materials, process documentation, job aids, and user guides.
o             Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
o             Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have
o             Experience with ZIP, Coupa, or Archer.
o             Experience creating Workday Learning courses.
o             Experience with Articulate 360 Rise.
o             Experience using Power Automate.
o             Experience with Agentic AI tools.
o             Experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
o             Procurement or procurement operations experience.
o             Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
