We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Business & Process Optimization Lead to support strategic identity and access management initiatives, including infrastructure onboarding to SailPoint IIQ and optimization of IAM processes. This is a 6-month contract opportunity operating in a hybrid model (1 day onsite per week + 1 Friday per month). The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing IAM capabilities, identifying automation opportunities, and driving process improvements within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
o             Lead IAM process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management
o             Support infrastructure onboarding and integration activities into SailPoint IIQ
o             Analyze current IAM processes and identify automation and improvement opportunities
o             Collaborate with business, IAM, operations, and technology teams to support implementation activities
o             Develop and enhance IAM lifecycle processes, controls, and supporting documentation
o             Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve service quality and operational effectiveness
o             Support business implementation planning and transition activities for IAM initiatives
o             Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, presentations, and status updates
o             Facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaborate across cross-functional teams
o             Contribute to IAM roadmap development, strategy initiatives, and governance activities

Must-Have Requirements
o             5+ years of experience within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain
o             5+ years of experience developing IAM solutions and strategic recommendations
o             5+ years of hands-on experience working with SailPoint IIQ
o             3+ years of experience in IAM process optimization and infrastructure onboarding initiatives
o             Strong understanding of IAM governance, lifecycle management, and access controls
o             Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders
o             Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
o             Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have
o             Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments
o             Agile methodology experience
o             Experience with CyberArk, Workday, or ServiceNow
o             CISSP certification
o             Previous experience leading IAM initiatives or transformation projects
