This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced regulatory team, providing extensive research and documentation on employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
The Key Responsibilities include the following;

Conduct research and document employment law requirements across various jurisdictions

Recommend regulatory controls to mitigate risk

Analyze and organize large volumes of complex information

Prepare clear and concise documentation for internal use

Manage workload effectively and pivot quickly to changing priorities
The Must-Have Qualifications include;

2+ years of experience in employment law
-
2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
-
Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
-
Strong research and analysis skills

Excellent documentation and writing skills
-
Strong time management and self-management abilities

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage and convey large volumes of information clearly
Nice-to-Have Qualifications include;

Ability to comprehend and interpret documents in Spanish

Experience working within HR functions
