Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an HR Coordinator III to fill a 12-month contract located in Waterloo, Toronto or Montreal. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days from home. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator III with a financial services background
As a HR Coordinator III your duties will include but not be limited to:

Supporting AskHR Operations with all COVID related activities such as intake of emails and calls from employees

Providing support and instruction when addressing employee questions and concerns

Managing employee follow-up, tracking and reporting
Qualifications required for HR Coordinator III include:

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Ability to follow complex oral & written direction and excellent problem solving skills

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities

Must have expert Excel skills to meet reporting requirements
