Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Technical/Help desk Support for an initial 1 Year contract. This role is 2 days onsite per month in the office for their Scarborough location.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Reading the technical manuals, conferring with users, or conducting computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support to the employees.
  • Entering commands and observing system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
  • Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower - high complexity level
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns over inbound phone calls.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:
  • 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 1-3 years of browser troubleshooting practices
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software.
  • Fluent English/Spanish- Mandatory
  • Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience and Technical Help Desk experience is a nice to have
