Job Responsibilities:
- Reading the technical manuals, conferring with users, or conducting computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support to the employees.
- Entering commands and observing system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
- Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower - high complexity level
- Troubleshoot customer concerns over inbound phone calls.
- 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience
- 1-3 years of browser troubleshooting practices
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software.
- Fluent English/Spanish- Mandatory
- Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience and Technical Help Desk experience is a nice to have
