The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in administering loan information, managing customer relationships, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our corporate lending services.
Candidate Requirements:
- Cultivate a customer-focused environment, leveraging bank resources to enhance client relationships.
- Manage loan administration, ensuring accurate calculations and fund disbursement.
- Administer instructions for participations, verifying limits and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to loan terms and conditions, communicating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate policy exceptions, maintaining compliance standards.
- Develop expertise in loan platforms for accurate accounting and dissemination.
- Support management with team tasks and special projects.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular reports to management.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience working with corporate lending services.
- 3+ years of experience with Loan IQ.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Prior experience providing customer service in a financial institute.
- Prior financial institute experience.
- Knowledge of credit facilities.
