                                                The successful candidate will act as a key finance liaison across transformation and enterprise project portfolios, leveraging financial expertise, business intelligence tools, and strong communication skills to influence strategic outcomes and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
The Key Responsibilities include the following;
- Partner with senior leadership teams to provide strategic financial support, analysis, and recommendations
 - Lead the development of insightful reporting, forecasting, and financial frameworks that support decision making
 - Conduct advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluation for enterprise transformation initiatives
 - Review and challenge project business cases and financial assumptions for the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and Enterprise PMO
 - Build strong relationships with business executives to understand priorities, risks, and opportunities
 - Translate complex financial results into actionable insights and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
 - Proactively monitor business performance, flag emerging trends, and recommend strategic actions
 - Champion continuous improvement, leveraging technology and analytics to enhance financial insight and process efficiency
 - Mentor and support junior finance team members where required
 
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A / financial analysis / finance business partnering experience in a complex corporate environment
 - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
 - CPA, CFA, or CBV designation required
 - Proven experience supporting senior leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-support
 - Advanced Power BI skills and strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
 - Expert financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
 - Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial results to operational performance drivers
 - Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes
 - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts for non-finance audiences
 - Experience working on enterprise programs or large-scale transformation environments preferred
