Job Responsibilities:
- Supports executives in investment banking with administrative, financial, and HR tasks
- Cultivates stakeholder relationships, offers insights, and organizes events
- Manages calendars, expenses, travel, and office supplies
- Mentors and coordinates training while collaborating to meet business objectives
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a financial administration clerical support position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce experience is considered an asset
