Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in Investment Banking for a contract of 6 months with possibility to extend or convert into perm. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in office per week in Toronto.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supports executives in investment banking with administrative, financial, and HR tasks
  • Cultivates stakeholder relationships, offers insights, and organizes events
  • Manages calendars, expenses, travel, and office supplies
  • Mentors and coordinates training while collaborating to meet business objectives

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial administration clerical support position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce experience is considered an asset
