Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 18-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an executive assistant with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 1-2 days in office per week.

As a Executive Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Leading the day-to-day administration needs for the Head of Communications

  • Managing calendars, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing management meetings

  • Providing general administrative support including preparing agendas, preparing and submitting expense reports, ordering office supplies, etc. 

Qualifications required for the Executive Assistant include:  

  • 4-5 years' working experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an executive or administrative assistant

  • Experience working in BMO or another financial institution an asset
