Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 18-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an executive assistant with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 1-2 days in office per week.
As a Executive Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:

Leading the day-to-day administration needs for the Head of Communications

Managing calendars, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing management meetings

Providing general administrative support including preparing agendas, preparing and submitting expense reports, ordering office supplies, etc.
Qualifications required for the Executive Assistant include:

4-5 years' working experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an executive or administrative assistant

Experience working in BMO or another financial institution an asset
