Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Document Review Specialist for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Document Review Specialist with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement.
 

As a Document Review Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Acting as a point of contact and communicating product developments, enhancements, and change management initiatives to Investment Advisors and their teams

  • Supporting the coordination of business initiatives including conference calls, seminars, roadshows and events that promote exchange of information on products

  • Reviewing account opening documentation, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory requirements

Qualifications required for the Document Review Specialist include:  

  • University degree or college diploma in a related discipline

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and an understanding of investment verbiage
