Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Document Review Specialist for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Document Review Specialist with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement.
As a Document Review Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to:

Acting as a point of contact and communicating product developments, enhancements, and change management initiatives to Investment Advisors and their teams

Supporting the coordination of business initiatives including conference calls, seminars, roadshows and events that promote exchange of information on products

Reviewing account opening documentation, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory requirements
Qualifications required for the Document Review Specialist include:

University degree or college diploma in a related discipline

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and an understanding of investment verbiage
